Preliminary Consultation
In our initial meeting, we’ll explore essential aspects of your project, including location, design inspiration, timeline, budget, and land options. It’s okay if you don’t have all the answers yet—our team is here to collaborate with you in designing a home you’ll truly love. If you don’t have land, we can suggest communities or connect you to a Real Estate Agent. Unsure about the style? We’ll work closely with our Partner Architects to help you envision a home that perfectly reflects your unique taste.

Property Design
We’ll meet with you on-site, walk the property together, and begin bringing your dream home to life. Whether it’s a spacious, fenced yard for the kids, a tree-lined driveway, or a detached garage, we’ll help you envision it. Want the morning sun to light up your kitchen? Share your ideas, and we’ll start shaping the vision. From there, we’ll hold a series of meetings with you, a Partner Architect, and our design team to refine your needs and goals. We’ll dive deeper into your preferences—do you want the owner’s suite on the main floor but with privacy from guests? How about a walk-in pantry, a dog-washing station in the mudroom, or a private guest suite for visiting family? Every detail is thoughtfully considered as our team collaborates with you to ensure your home is exactly as you’ve imagined.

Investment
From the very beginning, we’ll take your budget into account as we shape the vision for your home, ensuring our plans align with your investment goals. During this phase, we’ll collaborate with you to choose key finishes, such as appliances, cabinetry, and trim details. With these selections in place, we’ll provide you with a detailed investment proposal. We’ll review the proposal together, address any questions, and make adjustments as needed, so you can confidently move forward to the next stage of your project.

Design
With your design and budget in place, it's time to focus on the details! Throughout the build process, you’ll collaborate with our in-house Interior Designers to choose the perfect finishes for your home—countertops, paint colors, fireplace design, cabinetry, flooring, and more. From the stone path leading to your front door to the color palette in your bedroom, our designers will be there every step of the way to offer guidance and ensure your home reflects the vision you’ve imagined.

The Build
It’s time to bring your vision to life! At this stage, you’ll be introduced to your dedicated Project Manager. Throughout construction, you’ll stay informed every step of the way with our exclusive, user-friendly Project Management Software. This platform allows everyone involved—including your Project Manager and Interior Designer—to share updates and photos as your home takes shape. Our experienced Project Managers prioritize clear communication, ensuring you’re always in the loop and available to answer any questions throughout the process.

Walk-Through & Move-In
It’s time to bring your vision to life! At this stage, you’ll be introduced to your dedicated Project Manager. Throughout construction, you’ll stay informed every step of the way with our exclusive, user-friendly Project Management Software. This platform allows everyone involved—including your Project Manager and Interior Designer—to share updates and photos as your home takes shape. Our experienced Project Managers prioritize clear communication, ensuring you’re always in the loop and available to answer any questions throughout the process.

Continued Care
About a month after you move in, we’ll schedule a visit to check your home for any items that need attention and introduce you to our Warranty Manager. With our comprehensive warranty program, you’ll have access to the Warranty Manager for any issues that may arise. We’ll also return around one year after your move-in date to review your home, address any concerns, and discuss ongoing maintenance. This approach ensures that your home remains just as stunning years down the road as it was on the day you moved in!"
